We have put together a team of the area’s top designers and construction professionals. Remodeling is our business. It is the concierge service that we offer from the conception to the completion of a project that we feel is a top priority to enhance the remodeling experience.

These are key questions that a design consultant will need to determine how to best approach the project. We find that some clients need direction when it comes to some of these questions. This is when we can help educate you and start the path to the design phase.

Design & Product Selection Process

This is where the fun begins! We are using the newest and best methods to provide a real design experience. 2020 Design software will be used to produce high quality 3D colored renderings of the project. Elevation, floor plans and permit drawings will show all the details of you project, from electrical lay-outs to appliance placement. We find that the details on the front end help all parties to truly understand what will take place and where things will be. Product selections will be done during this process by visiting our beautiful showroom as well as utilizing local venders to find the perfect tiles, stone, fixtures and appliances. While this may seem overwhelming, our design staff will be there to educate you on products as well as help you make selections that will be perfect for you space.

Explanation of scope and contact

A detailed scope of work will be typed up as to what we are doing during the construction phase. This will include detailed drawings, product placement, plumbing and electrical maps as well as very clear picture of what Paradise Kitchens will be doing. Line by line these specs and instructions will be spelled out, as to eliminate questions about what is and is not being done during your remodel.

The contact will be an extension of the detailed scope of work. Your final cost and payment breakdown will be noted and signed off on.

Warranty and waivers will be also signed, as well as the projects selection sheets.

Construction experience

We are heavy on the details up to this point so that all venders and our installers are clear on what will be done during construction. All the information Paradise Kitchens has gathered from day on will be reviewed and put into production. Permitted projects will be started and scheduled after the permit has been issued. We have established incredible relationship with all the county and city officials. This process can take weeks (4-6) on average. We will have all your selections and products on-site here at Paradise Kitchens prior to start of construction. A meeting will be scheduled for our team of installers and or Project manager as well as designers prior to the start of construction to gather any last details and to set an expectation on what the client can expectant. You may be asked to empty cabinets, remove pictures or wall paintings that could be damaged during construction.

Once all is here and ready, we will place protection on floors and furniture as needed. The process of demolition and construction can be messy. We will do everything we can as to not disrupt your daily activities. There may be gaps in your installation for things such as permit inspections, glass and stone templating. We understand that this can be unpleasant and will do all we can to limit the disruption and keep the project on schedule. You will be assigned a Project manager who will answer questions and update you on day to day activities. We want you to trust the process and Paradise Kitchens to complete the project in a timely manor and with a high-quality finished project. After completion your new space will be cleaned and “move in ready”.

Finally

We will do a final walk-through and address and minor punch-out items to be completed. Paradise Kitchens wants you to enjoy this process and the experience of hiring a Licensed contractor. We find that during these processes the relationship builds between the client and contractor that turns in to lasting friendships.
